Welcome back my loves :) Today I will be talking about a new
show made by Netflix called, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. This show is about 30
year old women named Kimmy Schmidt. She was trapped in a bunker underground,
with three other women, for 15 years by a preacher, who told them there was an
apocalypse and they were the only ones alive. Now that they were finally found
by the police, Kimmy jumpstarts her brand new, 21st century life in New York
City. I absolutely love this show! To be totally honest, I watched the whole
show in one weekend- no shame. The humor this show brings is over the top
hilarious. However, there is definitely an age limit of 13 and up. There are so
many relatable scenes and twists and turns that Kimmy gets into. The best part
is the fact that Kimmy has an old way of talking, because she went missing in
the 90's. She says things that people don't say anymore, so when she does it's
quite hilarious. My favorite character is who Kimmy rents a room with, Titus, a
gay wannabe Broadway actor, who makes ends meet as a street performer in Times
Square. They become best friends and he gives her an updated sense of style. I
can't express how much you should watch this show. The first episode aired
March 6, 2015 on Netflix and received five stars on Rotten Tomatoes and four
stars on IMDB. The writer of this show is Tina Fey, which is why it is so
funny, and Robert Carlock. Kimmy is played by, Ellie Kemper and her best
friends are played by Jane Krakowsi, Tituss Burgess, and Lauren Adams. This
show is very unique because, how many shows are like this. Well, that's all for
now. See you next time and have a very great day.

Scary Movie 5- or Scary Movie Bye
Welcome back my fellow film lover! Like I said in my last blog, this blog is going to be about a movie I didn't exactly enjoy. Last weekend I watched the most recent, "Scary Movie 5," which is a thriller/horror movie, Rated PG-13. It was recently added to Netflix, and it is a spoof of the scary movies, "Paranormal Activity" franchise, "Mama," "Sinister," "Evil Dead," "Inception," "Black Swan" and "Rise of the Planet of the Apes." If you haven't heard of, "Scary Movie 5", it is the fifth movie of the series of movies, spoofing horror movies. The series started in 2000 spoofing "Scream," "The Sixth Sense," "The Matrix," "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and "The Blair Witch Project," then goes on to mock a whole myriad of teen movie cliché. They then created three more in 2001, 2003, and 2006. The premise of the movie, is the bizarre activity happening to a couple. The wife is played by Ashely Tisdale. By the way, when I saw her I freaked out because my childhood was replaying right before my eyes. It is safe to say that she did great in this movie. The reason I don't recommend this film, is because there is no plot to it. It is all just a idiotic spoof of horror movies. If you plan to watch this with little kids- don't, because this movie contains mature scenes constantly, that are not made for the eyes of young children. I also don't recommend renting or buying this movie as well. However, if you are looking for a movie that will make you laugh, in some messed up form, then be my guest. This movie was directed by Malcom D. Lee and has a recognizable cast of, Ashley Tisdale, Lindsay Lohan, Charlie Sheen, Tyler Posey, and Snoop Dog- or Snoop Lion- or whatever his name is. It is an hour and a half long movie, and has received two stars on IMDB and one star on Rotten Tomatoes. Thanks for reading this scary post and I hope that you will tune in next week for a brand new blog:)

Grey's Anatomy!
Hey guys, Alex here. So I needed to get this blog up stat! Like I said in my first blog, I just started watching this show, Grey's Anatomy. It's a television show you have probably heard of before because it has been around for now 11 years. However, if you have yet to see this mind boggling series, I have the inside scoop. But one disclaimer, if you aren't into gory, bloody scenes, then this show maybe isn't for you. Okay, to begin, this show is about this group of intern surgeons that are working in a hospital, scrubbing in with the top brain surgeons. The main character, Meredith Grey, is the daughter of a famous surgeon. Meredith is now working to follow in her mother's footsteps and make a career of her own. This show has a whole lot of romance, whether it's between intern and doctor or intern with intern. There is a lot of heartbreak that many viewers can relate to. Personally, this is for sure a binge watch type of show. Each episode is 40 minutes long and you can never really stop watching. Grey's Anatomy was first aired in 2005 and was created by Shonda Rhimes. There is never a dull moment on this show and there is back to back insanity. Don't even get me started on each season finale; that's when it's rough. If you are a Netflix junkie, like myself, then you should defiantly take some time to watch the 10 seasons they have. It sounds like a lot, but honey, it is well worth it. To be honest, I personally can not stand blood or better yet human organs. However, every time I see a heart or liver in an episode I'm actually quite alright with it! So, if you have a problem like me, maybe this show can help you get over your phobia! Alright guts.. I mean guys.. I must say farewell. See you next time when I talk about a show not to watch in your near future!

Welcome:)
Welcome:)
I’m going to start this first blog by saying, hey! I’m Alex and I am quite the nerd in movies and Television. Honestly, I watch a whole lot of Netflix and my eyes are glued to the screen. Too much… hey, we all do it. I’m currently watching Grey’s Anatomy; let’s just say I’m quite obsessed. So far the romance is heating up and the drama between the characters and the surgeries they preform is getting intense. And ladies, let me tell you; the main doctor, aka Doctor Dreamy, truly lives by his name. The main idea is that if you like movies or shows, old and new, on air or off, read my blog :) I hope to give you guys the best of the best of all the movies that are truly worth watching. And trust me; if I don’t like a show, I got your back to tell you the shows that can definitely leave your Netflix list. There was a show I recently watched that I will for sure right about later that was absolutely terrible. Maybe you don’t agree but TV has made an interesting turn for what’s aired. Anyways, a little bit about me… let’s see. I really enjoy eating anything sweet. I have a major sweet tooth that sometimes gets the best of me. I also really like to watch really old shows and movies. I love seeing what the modern day ways were like in the olden days such as, I Love Lucy or The Dick Van Dyke Show. My mom always watches show from when she was younger and I’ve called to love them to. The best shows to me are the old shows. They have a deeper meaning and message and are pretty hilarious. Well, I have to go. I hope you keep reading and have a great day. And if no one has told you yet, your awesome!
